Everything about The Waterloo Creek Massacre totally explained

The Waterloo Creek massacre occurred in January 1838 at Snodgrass Lagoon on Waterloo Creek and may be the largest mass murder in Australian history, some claiming 100–300 Indigenous Australian women and children were killed. The nature of the massacre and the number of people killed at Waterloo Creek is subject to dispute, as are many accounts subject to the History Wars.
In contrast, the Myall Creek massacre was the only one, of many of its type in Australia, for which anyone was ever punished. Note: No massacre took place at Manilla as stated in the introductory popup for Manilla NSW, although it's written that Major Nunn and his party of mounted police, ambushed the local indigenous people at the Namoi River in 1838 with one man being shot after the group was marched back to Greenhatch Station. Snodgrass Lagoon is west of Moree, 222 km northwest of Manilla.
